A few of the key components to a TC is to ensure documents and deadlines are adhered to, facilitate meetings with the appropriate parties, streamline communication and collaborate with title companies in completing a transaction. In addition, often times they will support closing processes and handle post-closing administration tasks.

All transaction coordinations require a 70% non-refundable deposit upfront to begin processing. The remaining balance will be billed at closing.
